You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment details. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling regulations, Kipas899 requires all Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests.

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are generally processed within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and may take 15–30 minutes depending on network congestion.
Minimum deposits vary by payment method, starting from RM30 for e-wallets and RM100 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change. Players may request adjustments to their deposit limits through their Account settings or by contacting customer support.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the same name as the Kipas899 Account holder. Kipas899 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit received from a third party may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on the same Account. Kipas899 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not associated with prior deposits on the Account.
Processing times stated above are estimates under normal operating conditions. Kipas899 does not guarantee these timeframes and will not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation where Kipas899 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Kipas899 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by Kipas899 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated clearly in the promotion details. A wagering requirement of X15 means the total bonus amount must be wagered fifteen (15) times in eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Full game contribution tables are published on the relevant promotion pages.

Where bonus abuse is identified, Kipas899 reserves the right to confiscate all bonuses and winnings and close the Account.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Kipas899 system, it is final and binding. Players cannot amend or cancel a confirmed bet except where an explicit "cash out" option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
A bet may be declared void by Kipas899 in the following circumstances:

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on the Platform. These limits vary by sport, market type, and the Player's account tier. Kipas899 reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at any time and without prior notice.
In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the Player must notify Kipas899 customer support within 72 hours of settlement. Kipas899's decision following investigation shall be final and binding. Kipas899 will not consider disputes raised after the 72-hour window has expired.
